The Prisoner of Azkaban has many twists and turns, very hard to see unless you look at it in a different way. This is the way that I will be looking at it.
Here are some of the characters in this book:
Harry is a boy who’s parents were killed by Lord Voldemort and the spell backfired on him killing him as well. Harry has 2 best friends and is very good at the defence against the dark arts. Harry gains a Firebolt, the best of the broomsticks.
Ron is a boy who doesn’t have nice things due to having do money. He is Harry’s best friend and deeply cares about him. He does have some fights with him but generally gets along well.
Hermione is a very smart witch and wears a time turner to do as many classes as possible. She has a very smart cat named Crookshanks, this leads to attacks to Ron’s rat Scabbers, creating tension between the two.
The plot of the Prisoner of Azkaban is much more different than the first two books, here it is.
Harry has a fairly normal day at the dursleys until Aunt Marge is coming to stay. Marge not only insults Harry, she insults his parent and Harry could not take it. Marge lew up like a balloon and floated out the window never to be seen again. Harry ran out of the house and was picked up by a bus called The Knight Bus. It took him to the Leaky Cauldron just at the front of Hogsmeade. Harry then found Ron and Hermione.
Ron’s dad tells Harry that Sirius Black has escaped from Azkaban and is trying to kill Harry. Harry boards The Hogwarts Express and on the train a Dementor comes and sucks the life out of Harry. The new Defence Against The Dark Arts teacher uses The Patronus Charm and defeats the dementor.
At school during a divination class Harry is told that he is going to DIE. Harry’s dormitories painting/door is ripped by Sirius Black. During Christmas Harry get’s a Firebolt, the best broom in the world, but with no note. It is then confiscated by Mrs.McGonagall. Harry hears that Sirius Black has escaped from Azkaban, and is hunting him.
Harry then goes to the Quidditch Finals and wins the cup. Hagrid’s Hippogriff is sentenced to be executed. After the execution Ron is dragged into a tree by a dog followed by Harry and Hermione. In the tree the dog transformed into sirius black, and it is revealed that Peter Pettigrew is working for Voldemort and is actually Scabbers the rat as an Animagus. Professor Lupin is revealed to be a werewolf. Lupin then transforms into a werewolf, and takes Sirius into a frozen lake with Harry chasing after him. Harry is then swarmed with hundreds of dementors sucking the life out of sirius and harry. Then a massive Patronus charm is cast by someone….
Harry is then taken to the infirmary and using Hermione’s Time Turner goes back in time and rescues Hagrid’s hippogriff and Sirius Black by casting the massive patronus charm that rescues Harry and Sirius. Harry then takes Sirius on the hippogriff and it flys away to the mountains. Harry retuurns home and finishes the school year.
This book will hit you in the guts, and has more than just words.
You should never judge someone based on their looks or appearances , I mean if you see a guy with a bloody sword you should run, but if it is at school for example, you should say hi or sit with them. Basically: Never Judge A Book By It’s Cover.
